a duly noticed public hearing to consider the application of R1

located east of Eureka Place between Chestnut Avenue and Pine /
more particularly described as:
Lots 9 and 10 Optimo Tract per Map No. 1805,
Also known as Assessor's Parcels 4 and 5, Page
112, Book 205, in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, more parti-
cularly described in application and map on
file in the City Planning Office.
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and conside,
the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desirec
