AND R-3 TO C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) ZONE, ON PROPERTY RECOMMEblDING TO CITY COUNCIL A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1
LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF INTERSTATE-5 AND

NHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060
