A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF A SPECIFIC PLAN, ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 850 TAMARACK FOR A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM C-1 TO C-2 ZONE, AND ADOPTION

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the Car'

il l.II 1. That the development of subject property shall conform to a
ZI\ ordinances of the City of Carlsbad unless the Specific Plan Exh
311 "A" and/or the following conditions are more restrictive.
4;; ii 2. A complete landscape plan shall be submitted to the Plannin
