A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1-10,000 AND M (INDUSTRIAL) TO P-C (PLANNED COMMUNITY) ZONE, AND AN AMENDMENT TO A MASTER PLAN, AND A CHANGE OF ZONk FROM R-I-IQIQUQ TQ M AND ADOPTIOM Of A SPEGiFiG !'LAN
ON PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF INTERSTATE-5, SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND NORTHERLY OF POINSETTIA LANE.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the Car

Municipal Code, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on Ap,

7 il NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission

the adoption of an amendment to Title 21 of the Carlsbad Munici 9
City of Carlsbad, that it does hereby recommend to the City Cou

portion only, of the approved master plan, Ord. 9260. 15
1. The change of zone to P-C shall be an amendment to the comn: 14

21.34.020 Conditional Uses. The followlng uses are pe
