51 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive
6 April 25, 1972, a Tentative Map, to be known as Carlsbad Beach 1

and subdividers, on property located on Ocean Avenue, being Lot

10 CU'HEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the Tentativ
11 as submitted, comprised of one lot; and
12 iiHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into considerati

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map be a 14
