Addition to Carlsbad, ?lap No. 1221. 9 and subdividers, on property located on Ocean Avenue, being Lot '/ I 10 CU'HEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the Tentativ 11 as submitted, comprised of one lot; and 12 iiHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into considerati 13 subject to the following conditions: 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map be a 14 reports of the various City agencies and utility companies; 16'1 Reasons of Approval : 3.71 1. A holding tank for sanitary sewerage, sufficient for 24 ho 301iminimum storage, shall be installed. Said facility may be mod 3l'Isubject to the approval of the City Engineer. A timing systerr 32'satisfactory to the City Engineer, shall be provided to contro tion of the tank pumps to limit discharge to off peak flow per !! These improvements shall be 6 subject to the approval of the City Engineer. Improvement plan 7 shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer. 8 7. Additional street right-of-way up to 10’ maximum as may be 9 .required for street widening, shall be dedicated to the City frc 10 of all liens and encumbrances.
