A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1-10,000 TO P-C (PLANNED COMMUNITY) ZONE AND PRE-ANNEXATIONAL
ZONING FROM COUNTY A.-1-(8) TO P-C ZONE AND ADOPTION OF
A MaS7ER PLAN, ON PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF EL CAMINO
REAL, SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 78, AND NORTHERLY OF THE PROPOSED ELM AVENUE EXTENSION
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance )lo. 9060
8"Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, the Carlsbad City Plan

to consider the application of LARWIM, INC. for a Change of Zon 10
Commission did on May 23, 1972, hold a duly noticed public hear
