A SPECIFIC PLAN FOR PHASE I OF THE "HOSP GROVE" ON PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF MONROE STREET, NORTHERLY OF ELM AVENUE

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the Carl
Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did on June 13, 1972, '11 duly noticed public hearing to consider the application of KAM

CONSTRUCTION COMPAMY for adoption of a specific plan for Phase
"iiosp Grove" on real property located on the easterly side of
