PLANt4ING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 796
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A TENTA- TIVE MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT 72-10
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive [:
June 13, 1972, a Tentative Map, to be known 0s Carlsbad Tract :

Conditions of Approval:
1. A condominium subdivision map in accordance with the State
Act shall be recorded for this property.
2. Underground utility services and an ornamental street light
street trees shall be installed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer.
3. Fire protection appurtenances, including fire hydrants, sha

of the Parks and Recreation Director.
AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be forb
to the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for its attention,
