'62 Property known as Assessor's Parcel No. 24, 13 14 l5 I Book 167, Page 4, City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California; and more particularly described on file in the Carlsbad le I I! Development in this area should be deferred pending complet of the Army Corps of Engineers report on Buena Vi’sta Creek and Floodplain. Preparation of this report is scheduled for someti in the 72-73 fiscal year. 5. Comments have not yet been received from the Department of Fish and Game as established by Section 1601 requirement of the Fish and Game code for submittal for review of any project whic would alter the natural course or bed of a stream or result in destruction of fish, wildlife, or their habitat. 6. The provisions for access to this development are inadequat 7. The site does not appear to be physically suitable for this type of development at the present time. l\lOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission 0’ City of Carlsbad that it does hereby deny an amendment to Title of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, changing the zone from R-1-10,01 C-1, R-3 and R-1-6,000 on said property. PASSED., APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Ca.
