WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive

of Shelter Cove Map 5162, City of Carlsbad, County of San Dieg 9
the east side of Cove Drive, said property being lots 18, 19 a 8
by Difcon, Incorporated, developer and owner of property locat 7
1 June 27, 1972, a tentative map of Cape Bristol, Carlsbad Tract
10 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the tentative
11 as submitted, comprised of 1 lot; and
12 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consideratio

following reasons, and subject to the following conditions: IS

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentaitve map of Ca 14
