I! !: RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO BE KNOWN ii PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 799 2 \I A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 3 11 AS CAPE BRISTOL, CARLSBAD TRACT 72-16 il :// WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive 6 of Shelter Cove Map 5162, City of Carlsbad, County of San Dieg 9 the east side of Cove Drive, said property being lots 18, 19 a 8 by Difcon, Incorporated, developer and owner of property locat 7 1 June 27, 1972, a tentative map of Cape Bristol, Carlsbad Tract 10 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the tentative 11 as submitted, comprised of 1 lot; and 12 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consideratio 13 following reasons, and subject to the following conditions: IS Tract 72-16 be recommended for approval by the City Council fo 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentaitve map of Ca 14 reports of the various City agencies and utility companies; I 171 Reasons of approval: 1811 1. The subject tentative map conforms to requirements set in I I fi 19/1 City of Carlsbad Subdivision Ordinance No. 9050 and Zoning Ord *20// Title 21 of the Carlsbad Fgunicipal Code. 21// 2. The proposed tentative map is in conformance with the City 22i; !. Carlsbad General Plan densities as amended. 2ka/I Conditions of approval : 24!1 1. That all exterior wood building materials utilized shall b 25// treated with fire retardent materials or their equivalent as zaii ;i approved and required by the City of Carlsbad Fire Chief. 27i! 2.
