A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ZONE CHANGE
and C TO CITY OF CARLSBAD ZONING R-1-15,000, R-1-10,000, FROM COUNTY ZONING R-1, R-lB, R-2, R-3, R-4, E-?-A,
R-1-7,500, IID-M, R-2, C-1 AND C-2 WITH SPECIFIC PLAN ON CERTAIM PROPERTIES LOGAT€D €AST OF €L GAMTNQ [€A19 SOUTHERLY OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND NORTHERLY OF OLIVENHAXM ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the Car'
Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did on June 27, 1972, I
duly noticed public hearing to consider the application of La (
Land Development for a Change of Zone from County Zoning R-1, i
R-2, R-3, R-4, E-1-A, and C to City of Carlsbad Zoning R-1-15,l
acres), R-1-10,000 (68 acres), R-1-7,500 (440 acres), RD-M c381
Q-2 (129 acres), C-1 (7 acres), and C-2 (88 acres with Specifi
on real property located east of El Camino Real between PqlQma
port Road and Olivenhain Road, more particularly described as:
All that real property situated in the County of
San Diego, State of California, being portions of
sections 25, 26, 35 and 36 of Townsh.ip 12 South,
Range 4 West; Sections 19, 29, 30, 31 and 32 of
Township 12 South, Range 3 West; Sections 1 and 2
of Township 13 South, Range 4 West, Section 6 of
Township 13 South, Range 3 West, S.E.M. anu Lots
3, 4, 5, 8 and 9 and portions of Lots 6 and 10 of
Rancho La Encinitas per map 848 and all maps of
record lying in the appkdved area known as the East
Carlsbad Annexation 2.12 (LA COSTA), more parti-
cularly described in application on file in the
City Planning Office.
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and conside
testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desired t
