S. Government Survey approved 17 in application aln file in the City Planning Office. la// WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consider lgiltestimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desired to .20(/heard, said Commission did find the following facts and reason Zlljexist which make the approval for a Specific Plan necessary to 22jlout the provisions and general purpose of Title 21: 23\[1. The subject application is in conformance with the City of 24 11 General Plan as amended. 25112.
