PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 805
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTION OF A SPECIFIC PLAN ON PROPERTY LYING WESTERLY OF EL CAMINO REAL BETWEEN THE PROPOSED ELM AVENUE EXTENSION AND MARRON ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the Car'
Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did on July 11, 1972, I

of San Diego, State of California, commonly known as property 9
Kamar Construction Co. on real property in the City of Carlsba 8
duly noticed public hearing to consider a Specific Plan submit
10 westerly of El Camino Real between the proposed Elm Avenue extc
1.1 and Marron Road, and more particularly described as:
12 Lot 7 of Sec. 32 T 11 S, R 4 @, San Bernardino
13 Base and Meridian, in the Xity of Carlsbad,
14 County of San Diego, State of California,

Dec. 27, 1870, and more particularly described 16
according to U. S. Government Survey approved
17 in application aln file in the City Planning Office.
la// WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consider
lgiltestimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desired to
.20(/heard, said Commission did find the following facts and reason
Zlljexist which make the approval for a Specific Plan necessary to
22jlout the provisions and general purpose of Title 21:
23\[1. The subject application is in conformance with the City of

25112. The subject application is in general conformance with the
Grove" Master Plan adopted by City Council Ordinance No. 9:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission (
