A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT OM PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF ELM AVENUE BETWEEN CARLSSAD BOULEVARD AND WASHINGTON STREET

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consider

23liexist which make the granting of a Conditional Use Permit neces
24j/to carry out the provisions and general purpose of Ordinance No
25'/and Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code:
