A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING All AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN (.CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 12711, FOR CARRILLO RANCHO PARTNERSHIP
ON 853: ACRES LOCATED APPROXIMATELY TWO MILES EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL, ALONG PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD
WHEREAS, said Planning Comml’ssion di,d on the 8th day of 4u
7 1972, hold a public hearing to consider the request of Carrill
8 Rancho Partnership, for an Amendment to the General Plan, by a
9 EXHIBIT A, Carrillo Rancho Master Plan, dated May 17, 1972, an I
10 revised July 31, 1972.
WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Commission receiv
recommendations, objections, protests, and comments of all ind
13 and parties who desired to be heard;
14 WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did find the following f
and reasons to exist which make the denial of the proposed ame
16 necessary to carry out the intent of the General Plan:
