LEFFERDINK, for an extension to an existing Conditional I 8 10 located at 4576 Cove Drive, said property being: 11 Lot 7, Tract 5162, Shelter Cove, in the City 12 13 14 15 16 of Carlsbad, also known as Assessor’s Parcel 7, Page 150, Book 207, and more particularly 1 described in application on file in the City Planning Deplartment.
