PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 824
A RESOLUTION ATPROVING AN EXTENSION TO AN EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONDUCT ARTS AND CRAFTS CLASSES IN A RESIDENCE LOCATED AT 4576 COVE DRIVE
5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the

1972, hold a public hearing to consider the application of 1 7
Carlsbad Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did on Augl
Permit to conduct arts and crafts classes in her residence, 9
M. LEFFERDINK, for an extension to an existing Conditional I 8
10 located at 4576 Cove Drive, said property being:
11 Lot 7, Tract 5162, Shelter Cove, in the City

7, Page 150, Book 207, and more particularly

WHEREAS, at said pub?ic hearing, upon hearing and cons’
