A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTION OF A SPECIFIC PLAN AND TENTATIVE MAP ON PROPERTY LYING ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF JEFFERSON STREET OPPOSITE LAS FLORES DRIVE
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the Car'
Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did on August 22, 1972
a duly noticed public hearing to consider a specific plan and .

in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,

Recorder of said San Diego County, June 20, 1921;
TOGETHER WITH a portion of the Southwesterly
half of County Road Survey No.135 (known as
Carlsbad Road) as shown on said fiZap No. 1719
as closed to vehicular traffic by the iEoard of
Supervisors of San Diego County on June 28, 1948;
- and filed in Book 148, Page 50 of Supervisors
