PLANNING COMPIISSION RESOLUTION NO. 826
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTIOl
OF AN AMENDMENT TO A SPECIFIC PLAN, ORDINANCE N0.9258
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the
Carlsbad Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did on Sept

1972, hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider a speci
10 located approximately 160 feet South of the Southeasterly co1
11 of El Camino Real and Haymar Drive, and more particularly de5

A portion of the Northwesterly one-quarter
of Fractional Section 32, Township 11 South,
Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian,
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, more particularly describe
in application on file in the City Planning
Office.
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and conside
the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desir
to be heard, said Commission did find the following facts and
reasons to exist which make the approval for amendment to a

purpose of Title 21: 25
specific plan necessary to carry out the provisions and gener
pub1 ic health or welfare. 31
3. The time extension would not be materially detrimental to 30
existing Specific Plan on the property. 29
2. The time extension would not materially affect or change 28
General Plan. 27
1. The proposed time extensions would not adversely affect t 26
32 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission

the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby recommend to the Ci.
Council the adoption of an amendment to Title 21 for an
amendment to a specific plan on said property, subject to thl
following conditons and limitations:
1. That all other conditions of the Specific Plan on this
property be adhered to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Planning Commission held on the 12th day of
September 12, 1972, by the following vote, to wit:
10 AYES: commissioners Jose, Forman, Norman, Dominguez, Deb Palmateer, Little 11 N'OES : None
1211 ABSENT: NO one
