A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM
ON PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF JEFFERSON STREET, NORTH OF THE PROPOSED MARRON ROAD
R-A-10,000 to C-2 AND THE ADOPTIOM OF A SPECIFIC PLAN
6 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the
