PLANNIMG COMMISSION RESOLUTION 'NO. .842 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLPlNNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A TENTATI' MAP FOR LAGUNA RIVIERA UNIT NO. 9 5 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did rect 6 property located on Avila Avenue and Neblina Drive. 8 Unit No. 9 subrnittzd by L R Partnership, owner and subdividc 7 September 18, 1972, a Tentative Map, to be known as Laguna I 9 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the Tent '18 Map as submitted, comprised of thirty-five (35) lots; and 11 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into conside 12 the reports of the various City agencies and utility compan 13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map ! 14 approved subject to the following conditions: 15 1.
