A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHERLY END OF OCEAN STREET
CITY LIMITS
R-A TO R-3, AND THE ADOPTION OF A SPECIFIC PLAN ON
ADJACENT TO THE PACIFIC OCEAN AND CARLSBAD-OCEANSIDE
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the
