A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSIOY GRANTING A VARIAYCE ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF CHESTNUT AVENUE BETWEEN MONROE STREET AND WESTHAVEN DRIVE TO ALLOW ONE PAFIHANDLE LOT.
