A RESOLIJTION OF THE CARLSRAD CITY PLANMI?IG COMMISSIr)F\! RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY CO!!NCLL ACCEPTANCE OF FINAL
DEVELOPMENT AND THE ALIGNMENT OF ELM AVEYIJE. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR LARWIN "TANGLEWOO'7"
THE Carlsbad City Planning Commission does herehy resol
as follows:
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 7th day of
December, 1972, hold a duly advertised public hearing to cor
a Final Environmental Impact Report submitted by Larwin-San
Inc., on property located easterly of El Camino Real between
extensions of Elm Avenue and Marron Road, for a 506-lot resi
development and alignment of Elm Avenue.
WHEREAS, sa-id Planning Commission has found the followi
to exist:
1. That the Larwin "Tanqlewood" Development and the
Alignment of Elm Avenue Extension do not, in themselves
represent a significant environmental impact.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVER that acceptance of said
Environmental Impact Report is hereby recommended to be appr
AND FI?IALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be
forwarded to the City Council for its attention in the manne
scribed by law.
PASSED, APPROVE9 AMD ADOPTED AT AN ADJOURNED MEETING OF
PLANNING COMMISSION held on the 7th day of December, 1972, b
following vote, to wit:
