WHEREAS, th.e Carlsbad Ci.ty P1anni:ng Commisston dtd rece December 12, 1972, a Tentati've Map, to be knom as "'Pqpqgayo 7 8 Carlsbad Tract 72-13, submitted by Hunts Partnership, owner between 1-5 and the Santa Fe Railroad ri'ght-.of-vay. g subdivider, on property located I\!orth of Agua Hedi'onda Laqoo 10 "EREAS, the Planning Commission di.d consi.der the knta- 11 Map as suEm'itted, comprised of 380 units, and 12 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consider, 13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map bl 14 the reports of the various City agencies and utility companil 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 approved subject to the following reasons and conditions: Reasons of .Approval : 1. The Tentative Map generally conforms with the adopted Spe Plan, Ordinance 9311, June 20, 1972. . .. . . 2. The proposed project reflects the intent of the General f for development in this area. Conditj'ons of Approv.al: 1. All requirements as set forth in City Council Ordinance ! 9311, adonfed June 20, 1972, shall be met. . .. ... 2.
