A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTIOY OF A NURSING HONE USED IN CONNECTION 1dITH THE EXISTING RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY, TO RE LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CARLSBAD BLVD. & GRAND AVE. All fire protection prodecures shall be developed in a ance with Title 19 and U.F.C.,-Section 1330. 2. Fire hydrants shall be placed as required by the City ' Chief. 3. A landscape and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and Recreation Director for approval. 4. The proposed facility shall be constructed in general formance with Exhibits A ti €3, attached, and hereby made a this Resolution. 5. Full street improvements in accordance with the subdiv ordinance shall be constructed on all street frontages exc Carlsbad Blvd.; pavement is not required. 6. Street improvement plans shall be prepared by a regist civil engineer and shall be approved by the City Engineer. 7. Street lights shall be installed in accordance with re ments set by the City Engineer. 8. The applicant shall enter into an agreement with the C, provide increased sewer capacity in Ocean Street or establ' alternative system. 9. No building permit shall'be,issued . until adequate SI capacity, as determined by the City Engineer, is available PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of Carlsbad City Planning Commission held on the 23rd day of 1973, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Joses Dominguez, Forman, Dewhurst Norman and Little NOES: None ABSENT: None
