'LANE. 6 7 a 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 I I NHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, the Planninq Commission did on Jan[, 1973, bold a duly noticed public hearinu to consider the a?!: of CHANDLER EDWARDS for a variance to allow parking on the E drive behind cars that will be parked in new carport on real pronerty in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State California, on the southwest corner of Garfield Avenue and F mandy Lane, and more particularly described as: Lot 34 of Granville Park, in the Cit.v of Carlsbad, C0unt.y of San Oiego, State of California, according to Map thereof No.1782 being Parcel 21, Book. 203, Page 023 of the Assessor's Book of San Diego County; and more particularly described in application on file in the City Planning Office. WHEREAS, the subject application has complied with the quirements of the "City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972" and has been declared insiunificant; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consi all testimony and arguments, the Commission did find the fol facts and reasons to exist which make the granting of said v necessary to carry out the provisions and general purnose of 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; Reasons for Approval : 1. The substandard size of the lot is insufficient to provi standard on-site parking facilities. 2.
