RESOLUTION NO. 839
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS RELATIVE TO AN AMENDMENT TO TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, CHAPTER 21.40 RE: SIGNS.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbt

recommend to the City Council an Amendment to Chapter 21.40 7
adopt Resolution of Intention No. 85 declaring its intentior
Municipal Code; and 8
9 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hbld a duly notice
10 Public Hearing to consider the subject amendment; and
11 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received all testimony

Amendment; and 13
those persons interested in and opposed to the proposed Zone
and reasons to be present which in their opinion are necessa 15,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did find the following 14
