PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 847
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1-15,000 (one-family residentia7,15000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) TO R-1-9,50( (one family residential, 9500 sq. ft. mjnimum lot size)

ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHERLY TERMINI OF SUMNY-

hereby resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 9th day of January, 197
8 hold a duly noticed Public Hearing to consider a reclassification in zor
9 from R-1-15000 (one family residential , 15000 sq. ft. minimum lot size)

of Hillside Drive) and more. particularly described as follows:
A portion of Lot "I" of Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map No. 823, in the City of Carl sbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
WHEREAS, at said Public Hearing, upon hearing and considering the

1. The applicant agreed to amend his request for a change of zone from R-1-15000 to R-I -9500, instead of R-1-7500..

2. The said amended change of zone is consistent with th goals and objectives of the City's adopted General Plan.
