A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE
OF THE TERMINI OF SUMNYHILL, CLEARVIEW AND SKYLINE DRIVE: AND EXTENDING SOUTHERLY TO WITHIN 200 FEET OF PARK DRIVE AND KNOWN AS PANNONIA INVESTMENT COMPANY
MAP, CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 72-28 ON PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHEF
5 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive on
6 January 9, 1973 a Tentative Map, to be known as Carlsbad Tract 72-28,
7 11 submitted by PANNONIA INVESTMENT CORP., owner and J. W. KLUG DEVELOPMENT

Clearview and Skyline Drives; and 9
a developer, on property located at the southerly termini of Sunnyhill ,

I' Map as submitted, comprised of 165 lots; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the Tentative

subject to the fulfillment and/or exeuction of the following conditions:

15. Hillside Drive shall be developed as a 52 ft. curb to curb street within a 84 ft. wide right-of-way.
AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded
to the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for its attention in the man
prescribed by law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City of
