PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 848 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE OF THE TERMINI OF SUMNYHILL, CLEARVIEW AND SKYLINE DRIVE: AND EXTENDING SOUTHERLY TO WITHIN 200 FEET OF PARK DRIVE AND KNOWN AS PANNONIA INVESTMENT COMPANY MAP, CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 72-28 ON PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHEF 5 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive on 6 January 9, 1973 a Tentative Map, to be known as Carlsbad Tract 72-28, 7 11 submitted by PANNONIA INVESTMENT CORP., owner and J. W. KLUG DEVELOPMENT 8 Clearview and Skyline Drives; and 9 a developer, on property located at the southerly termini of Sunnyhill , 10 I' Map as submitted, comprised of 165 lots; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the Tentative l2 II WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consideration t l3 /I reports of the various City agencies and utility companies; and 14 // NHEREAS, the subject application has complied with the require 15 l6 been determined to have an "insignificant" impact on the environment; of the "City of CArlsbad Environmental Proteci ton Ordinance of 1972", an 17 11 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map be approv I,8 19 subject to the fulfillment and/or exeuction of the following conditions: 9,500 sq. ft. 20 1. All lots south of Hillside Drive shall maintain a minimum lot size of 21 22 cul-de-sac at the southerly terminus of ''E" Street. 2. Lots #92, 93, 94 and 112 shall be redesigned to eliminate the need f 3. Lots #139-142 shall be redesigned to eliminate the small-angled, har 23 to-maintain corners of lots along "E" Street. 24 4. AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for its attention in the man prescribed by law.
