' A RESOLUfION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS RELATIVE TO ZONE CHANGE (ZC-103) ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF AVENIDA ENCI!lAS, NORTHERLY OF PALOMAR AIR- PORT ROAD.
