RESOLUTION NO. 840
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN FOR SYSTEMS CAPITAL CORPORATION CHANGING RESIDENTIAL LAND USE FROM' LOW
PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF PAL0MA.R AIRPORT ROAD AND WEST OF EL CAMINO EEAL
DENSITY (3-7 UNITS/ACRE) TO INDUSTRIAL LAND USE ON

11 The Carlsbad General Plan is hereby amended to change re

WHEREAS, the applicant has met the requirements of Ordin 16

21 WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Commission rece

the recommendations, objections, protests, and comments of a1
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did find the following 24
25dnd reasons to exist which make said Amendment necessary to c
26 )ut the intent of the General Plan:
27 '1. The proposed development would not adversely affect the
28 surroundi ng properties.
29 2. The proposed development would be in the best interest of
30 City of Carlsbad.
31 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Amendment to th
32 eneral Plan is hereby recommended to be approved. 1
