PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 874 ...
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS RELATIVE TO A
ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF OCEAN STREET, BETWEEN GRAND AND ELM AVENUES.
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS
SUBDIVISION MAP (CT 73-3) ON PROPERTY LOCATED
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did receiv

11 WHEREAS, said application has complied with the requirements of thc

Tentative Map as submitted, and the reports of the various reviewing agen l5
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consideration the 14
declared to have a "non-significant" impact on the environment; and 13

20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the

of the City of Carlsbad, of the herein described Tentative Map, CT 73-3, 22
City of Carlsbad, that it does hereby recommend approval to the City Coun
subject to the execution and/or fulfillment of the following conditions:
24 1. An offer of dedication shall be made to the City of
25 Carlsbad for additional right-of-way along Ocean Street.

2. A future agreement shall be entered into with the City for half-street, full frontage improvements along Ocean Stref (including curb, gutter, sidewalks, paving, street lighting, drainage and new sanitary sewer).
3. All domestic water shall be supplied by the City of Carls Water Department.

7. All fire protection appurtenances shall be constructed ir accordance with City Fire Department requirements in lieu of required access roads, and said appurtenances shall be instal and functioning prior to framing construction.

9. The applicant shall enter into a mutually acceptable agrc with the Carlsbad Unified School District to provide for futl school requirements that will result from the construction of residences.
10. All utilities, including electrical, telephone and tele\ shall be installed underground and/or shall be completely cor from view.
