A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO TITLE 5, CHAPTER 5.24, AND TITLE 21, CHAPTER 21.42 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO ALLOW THE TEMPORARY USE OF MOBILE HOMES FOR COMMERCIAL OFFICES.
