A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A PREANNEXATIONAL ZONE CHANGE FROM SAN DIEGO COUNTY L-C (Limited Control ) TO CITY OF CARLSBAD P-C (Planned Community) , ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OLIVENHAIN ROAD, EASTERLY OF EL .CAMIN0 REAL, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 420 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS,
TO BE KNOWN AS PONDEROSA HOMES.
