HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-04-24; Planning Commission; Resolution 891tl w - PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 897 1 2 3 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND REASONS RELATIVE TO GRANTING A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCTION IN THE FRONT YARD SETBACK TO 10 FEET, ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 7150 ARENAL LANE, IN LA COSTA VALLEY NO. 3. 5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the Carlsbad 6 noticed public hearing to consider the application of WILLIAM 6..
