HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-04-24; Planning Commission; Resolution 893I ... .I " I/ * e PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 893 1 2 3 4 5 6 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL, APPROVAL OF A A PLANNED COMMUNITY MOBILE HOME PARK, FREEWAY SERVICE FACILITY , SERVICE STATION COMMERCIAL CLUSTER AND COMMUNITY SHOPPING CENTER, ON 163 ACRES OF LAND, GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF SAN DIEGO FREEWAY, NORTH AND SOUTH OF POINSETTIA LANE. (OCCIDENTAL PETROLEUM) TENTATIVE MAP (CT 71 -2) TO ALLOW FOR DEVELOPMENT OF WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did recei 7 development of a planned community mobile home park, freeway service fac 9 requesting approval of a Tentative Subdivision Map to provide for the 8 a verified application from OCCIDENTAL PETROLEUM LAND AND DEVELOPMENT CO 10 service station commercial cluster and community shopping center, on 163 11 acres of land located on the west side of the San Diego Freeway, north a, 1% south of Poinsettia Lane, more particularly described as: I.3 i Portion of Section 28 & 29, Township 14 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardi no I 15 1 lb/l Meridian, City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California. That all improvements be constructed as required by Ordinance and the City Engineer. 3 4 2. That the alignment of Poinsettia Lane easterly of Avenic Encinas be revised subject to the approval of the City Engir as necessary to conform with the a1 ignment of the future br. 5 I\ 3.
