"A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad,.California, recommending to the City Council its
approval of a preannexational change of zone on property- located on the north side of Olivenhain Road and east of El Camino Real, consisting of 311 acres. Property to rezoned from A-3(8) (San Diego County Zoning) to Carlsbad Zoning P-C (Planned Community), to be known as El Camino Glens."

A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COEIMISSION DENYING A REQUEST FOR A PREAMNEXATIONAL CHANGE OF ZONE FROM SAN DIEGO COUNTY A-1 (8) and E-1 (A) TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ZONES (R-1-7500) RD-M , P-C and C-1 , OM 11 21+ ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF BATIQUITOS LAGOON AND WEST OF EL CAMINO REAL, FILED BY RANCHO LA COSTA.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 24th day of April, 1973

WHEREAS said applicant has complied with the requirements of the "C
of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972", and presented a
Environmental Impact Report at a duly noticed public hearing held on Apr
