A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING
TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE APPROVAL OF A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1-10,000 to P-C (Planned Community) FOR PHASE I1 AND 111, TO ALLOW FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 794 UNITS ON 79.4 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND EAST OF LOWDER LANE (A. McReynolds).

5 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on April 24, 1973 hold a
6 duly noticed Public Hearing to consider a change in zone from ' // R-1-10,000 to P-Cy on Phase I1 and I11 , property generally located 8l

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the 26

Environmental Impact Report was filed and discussed at a duly advertised 24
