A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF A MASTER PLAN FOR PHASE I1 AND 111, 79.4 ACRES OF LAND, GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF PALOMAR
AIRPORT ROAD AND EAST OF LOWDER LANE, (A. McReynolds)
WHEREAS THE Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did
receive a verified application from ANDREW McREYNOLDS, requesting '/I approval of a Master Plan to allow construction of Phase I1 and 111,

1. The Master Plan, at 7 d.u./acre, would be consistent with the General Plan.
2. Proper P-C development, at this density , would be the I logical way for this property to develop with residential uses.

1. Prior to submittal of a specific plan, the applicant shall submit 10 copies of a revised Master Plan showing a density of 7 d. u./acre on Phase I1 and 111, and eliminating Phase I from the Plan.

2. Specific plans for development shall not be submittec until the City has completed and adopted the General Plar
that is currently being up-dated. This condition is intended to give the City time to come up with proper met
