A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL ITS APPROVAL OF A PREANNEXATIONAL CHANGE OF ZONE ON
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OLIVENHAIN ROAD AND EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL, CONSISTING OF 311 ACRES.
PROPERTY TO BE REZONED FROM A-3(8) (SAN DIEGO COUNTY ZONING) TO CARLSBAD ZONING P-C (PLANNED COMMUNITY), TO BE KNOWN AS EL CAMINO GLENS.
