RESOLUTION NO. 901
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS
FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS RELATIVE TO A SIJB- DIVISION MAP (CT 73-15) ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON . ., .
THE NORTH END (CUL-DE-SAC) OF JEREZ COURT BETWEEN
GIBRALTAR STREET AND JEREZ COURT(G0LF VIEW VILLA)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsb
receive a verified application from GOLF VIEW INVESTMENTS,
requesting approval of a Tentative Map to provide for devell
of a 5-unit condominium project on .59 acres of land, locatl
the north end (cul-de-sac side) of Jerez Court between Gibrl
Street and Jerez Court, and more particularly described as:
Lot No. 366 of La Costa South, Unit No. 5, County of San Diego Map No. 6600, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California; and
15 WHEREAS, said application has complied with the requirt

of the "City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did find that the sub;
Tentative Map does substantially comply with the City of Cal
subdivision regulations, and the State of California Subdiv.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissi
the City of Carlsbad, that it does hereby recommend approval

1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the City of Carlsbad Design Criteria and Standards.

2. Improvement plans for water and sewer systems shall meet the requirements of the respective

4. Park-in-lieu fees and/or park land dedication sha' be granted to the City prior to recording of the Final Map. Parks and Recreation Department shall make the determination as to which lands will be accepted as dedication.

6. All utilities, including provisions for cable TV shall be placed underground.

7. The applicant shall work together with the Encini. and San Dieguito Union High School Districts to develop some mutual agreement regarding the impac.\ on schools due to this development.
