A RESOLUTION OF THE PLAMNING COMMISSION OF 2
RESOLUTION NO. 904

THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA RECOMMENDING
OF A MASTER PLAN ON PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF
KELLY DRIVE, TO BE KNOWN AS "CARLSBAD PALISADES".

CounciL approval of the Adoption of a Master Plan, herein
described, and subject to the following conditions:
1. A Revised Master Plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department for review and approval, show the Commercial deleted and substituted with condo, minium density residential units.
2. No grading or development shall take place until Specific Plan and Tentative Map have been approve1 by the City.
