The site for the intended use is not adequate in size and shape to accommodate the use without major alteration to the existing land forms i drainage channel, 3. The proposed use could be detrimental to the adjoiriing properties anc not consistant with their existing uses. 30 31 4. The proposed use is not in the best interest of the public health, SE and general we1 fare. 32 .
