PLANNING~COARISSION RESOLUTION -NO. 908 i A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND REASONS RELATIVE TO GRANTING A THE REQUIRED SIDEYARD OF A LOT, FROM 6.9 ft. TO 5 ft. , SAID PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED WEST VARIANCE (V-226) TO ALLOW FOR A REDUCTION IN OF JEFFERSON STREET AND SOUTHWEST OF 1-5. WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the Carlsbad " Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did on May 8, 1973 hold a duly a 9 noticed public hearing, at which time this matter was continued to the meeting of May 22, 1973, and, 10 WHEREAS, at their regular meeting of May 22, 1973, the Carlsbad 'X for a variance to allow for a reduction in the required sideyard of a lo I.2 Planning Commission did consider subject application of"CLIFT0N NOONCAST from 6.9 ft. to 5 ft., on property located west of Jefferson Street and l3 1411 southwest of 1-5, and more particularly described as: I!5 16 I 17 A portion of Tract 2 of Laguna Mesa Tracts , per Map No. 1719, Carlsbad, California. WHEREAS, the subject application is exempted from the requiremel s8 I of the Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance by provision of 19 Section 19.04.090 C.4(i) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, and; 20 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering a 21 of Approval : 31 WHEREAS, said Variance is granted with the following Conditions 30 29 3. Prior to obtaining building permits and within 30 days of t 11 date of approval, the applicant shall file with the Secretary of the Pla 1$ Commission, written acceptance of the conditions stated herein. 13 7.
