A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION,OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP (CT 73-19) TO PERMIT
THE CONVERSION OF A 16 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX TO A CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX ON LOTS 42 and 43, LA COSTA SOUTH, UNIT NO. 1. , TO BE KNOWN AS LA COSTA FAIRVIEW.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did recc

Tentative Subdivision Map (CT 73-19) to allow the conversion of a 16 un- 7
a verified application from W. T. CANNING, requesting approval of a

WHEREAS, said application has complied with the requirements of

the "City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972" and ht
subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions: 21

The development of the property described herein shall be sut to the restrictions and limitations set forth herein which are ir addition to all the requirements, limitations and restrictions of municipal ordinances and State and Federal statutes now in force? which hereafter may be in force for the purpose of preserving thc residential characteristics of adjacent properties. 4. Park-in-lieu fees shall be granted to the City prior to reco' the Final Map. Parks and Recreation Department shall make the determination as to which lands will be accepted as dedication.
5, The Developer shall work with the San Dieguito Union School
District and the Encini tas School District to develop a mutual agreement regarding the impact on schools due to the proposed development .
6. All domestic water shall be supplied this development by Carlsbad Municipal Water District.
7. This development shall be sewered by Leucadia County Water D,
8. All utilities, including electrical, telephone and televisiol be installed underground and/or shall be completely concealed fn view.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planninl
Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 12th day of
June, 1973, by the following vote, to wit;
AYES: Commissioners Jose, Casler, Forman, Little and Wrench
NOES: None
ABSENT: Commissioners Dominguez and Palmateer
