HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-06-12; Planning Commission; Resolution 913L.J - c I 1 0 PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLU~ NO. 913 1 2 3 4 ~ 51 i ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION,OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP (CT 73-19) TO PERMIT THE CONVERSION OF A 16 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX TO A CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX ON LOTS 42 and 43, LA COSTA SOUTH, UNIT NO. 1. , TO BE KNOWN AS LA COSTA FAIRVIEW. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did recc I 6 Tentative Subdivision Map (CT 73-19) to allow the conversion of a 16 un- 7 a verified application from W. T. CANNING, requesting approval of a Navarra, west of Viejo Castilla Way, and more particularly described as: 9 apartment complex to a coudominium complex, located on the south side 01 * 10 11 12 Lots 42 and 43, La Costa South, Unit No. 1, Map No. 6117. WHEREAS, said application has complied with the requirements of 13 14 the "City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972" and ht subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions: 21 of the City of Carl sbad of the herein described Tentative Map CT 73-19, 20 City of Carlsbad, that it does hereby recommend approval to the City COI 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the 18 and the State of California subdivision Map Act; and, 17 Map does substantially comply with the City of Carlsbad Subdivision Reg1 16 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did find that the subject Tentat 15 been declared to have a non-significant impact on the environment, and; 22 23 24 25 1. Park-in-lieu fees shall be granted to the City prior to reco' the Final Map. Parks and Recreation Department shall make the determination as to which lands will be accepted as dedication. 5, The Developer shall work with the San Dieguito Union School District and the Encini tas School District to develop a mutual agreement regarding the impact on schools due to the proposed development . 6. All domestic water shall be supplied this development by Carlsbad Municipal Water District. 7. This development shall be sewered by Leucadia County Water D, 8. All utilities, including electrical, telephone and televisiol be installed underground and/or shall be completely concealed fn view.
