A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A
CONTINUATION OF PARKING AND STORAGE AREA USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH AN EXISTING MOVING AND STORAGE COMPANY UNTIL JULY 28, 1974, SAID PROPERTY GENERAL
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP-82A) TO PERMIT THE
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BEACH, WEST OF ROOSE- 'VEII'T;AND EAST OF STATE STREETS (w.A. DEWHURST).

1. Within thirty (30) days of the date of this approval, t applicant shall submit a precise plot plan to the Plann Department for consideration and approval. Said plan s indicate the following:
a. A landscape barrier or fence placed on either side the existing driveway on Roosevelt Street.
2. Within 60 days of the date of this approval, the applic shall cause the above described improvements to be inst in conformance with all Ordinance requirements.
