A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL

USE PERMIT (CUP-83) TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL BUILDING,
WHEREAS, purusant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 901

All conditions of the Conditional Use Permit granted on April 25, 1972, shall be complied with prior to the iss of building permits (P.C. Resolution No. 749).
The applicant shall enter into a future agreement to in a traffic signal at the intersection of the main entran Palomar Airport Road at such time as the City Engineer necessary for traffic safety. Design shall be subject City approval.
Any amortization losses incurred by the applicant if th is not renewed at the end of the approved time limit (1 shall not be the responsibility of the City.

5. The Conditional Use Permit is granted for the land as d in the application of any attachments thereto, and as s the plot plan submitted labeled Exhibit "A". The locat all buildings, fences, signs, roadways, parking areas, scaping and other facilities or features shall be locat stantially as shown on the plot plan labeled Exhibit "A except or unless indicated otherwise herein.

Unless the construction of the structure or facility is menced,,not later than six months after the date of appr granted, and is diligently pursued thereafter, this app will automatically become null and void. However, upon if the proposed plot plan or adjacent areas are unchang, Planning Director may appoint one additional six month tension of time.
7. Any minor change may be approved by the Planning Direct substantial change will require the filing of an applic amendment to be considered by the Planning Commission.
