II 1 RESOLUTION NO. 919 4 3 4 5 6 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL TO SERVE AS DORMITORY AND GYMNASIUM, AND A CROSS COUNTRY TRACK, ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD, BETWEEN RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD AND EL CAMINO REAL (CARLSBAD RACEWAY). USE PERMIT (CUP-83) TO ALLOW ADDITIONAL BUILDING, WHEREAS, purusant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 901 8 generally located on the north side of Palomar Airport Road, 13 'track.,in conjunction with their existing permit, on property 12 the purposes of allowing an additional building and a cross-( 11 LARRY GRISMER (CARLSBAD RACEWAY), for a Conditional Use Perm 10 a duly noticed public hearing to consider the application of 9 the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did on June 12, 1973, described as: 15 Rancho Santa Fe Road and El Camino Real, and more particular' 14 16 17 S 4 of NW '% and SW& ~f.NE,~$'ali in Section'l8 T. 12 S.R. 3 W., S.B.B.M., being^ Assessorls ., ,. Prior to obtaining a building permit and within 30 days the applicant shall file with the Secretary of the Plan 28 Commission wri-tten acceptance of the conditions stated I 29 10.
