HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-06-26; Planning Commission; Resolution 1075- , I1 @ RESOLUTION NO. /p ,7-5" 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD , CP.L IFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPT AN AMENDMENT TO TITLE 21, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, PROVIDING FOR REVISION OF THE FRONT YARD SETBACKS APPLICABLE TO THE R-A, R-1 and R-2 ZONING DISTRICTS. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad i Vi adopted Resolution of Intention No. 90 declaring its intention to hold 8 9 a public hearing on March 13, 1973, relative to revision of the front yard setbacks applicable to the R-A, R-1 , and R-2 Zoning Districts, 10 and, 11 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the Carlsbad 12 13 Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did on June 26, 1973 hold a 1. Title 21 , Chapter 21.08, Section 21 -08.030 15 to Title 21 of the Municipal Code: 14 duly noticed continued public hearing to consider the following amendment 16 1 TO BE REVISED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: I! 17 yard need not exceed fifteen feet. Title 21, Chapter 21.10, Section 21.10.030 4 TO BE REVISED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: ll 5 21.10.030 Front yard.
