A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD , CP.L IFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPT AN AMENDMENT TO TITLE 21, OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE, PROVIDING FOR REVISION OF THE FRONT YARD
SETBACKS APPLICABLE TO THE R-A, R-1 and R-2
ZONING DISTRICTS.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad
i Vi adopted Resolution of Intention No. 90 declaring its intention to hold

a public hearing on March 13, 1973, relative to revision of the
front yard setbacks applicable to the R-A, R-1 , and R-2 Zoning Districts,
10 and,
11 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Title 21 of the Carlsbad

Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did on June 26, 1973 hold a
