A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A SPECIFIC
CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF POINSETTIA BETWEEN SAN DIEGO FREEWAY AND LAGOON LANE. APPLICANT: COVINGTON BROTHERS/OCCIDENTAL PETROLEUM LAND AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.

1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the

1. The approval of the specific plan is granted for the la! described in the application and any attachments thereto, at shown on the plot plan submitted labeled Exhibit "A". 5. No signs or advertising of any type whatsoever shall be or installed until plans therefore have been approved by the of Carl sbad.
6. All areas shown as parking areas shall be surfaced with concrete and shall be visably marked outlining individual pa spaces and traffic flow. Said surfacing and marking shall i: completed prior to final inspection of the structure or stru by the Building Department. The surface shall be kept in a reasonably good state of repair at all times. All garage fl and/or carport floors shall be a minimum of portland concret cement .
7. Prior to obtaining a building permit and within 30 days the applicant shall file with the Secretary of the Planning Commission, written acceptance of the conditions stated here

8. Compliance with and execution of a1 1 conditions 1 isted h shall be necessary prior to obtaining final building inspect clearance. Deviation from this requirement shall be permitt only by written consent of the Planning Director.
9. Any mechanical and/or electrical equipment to be located roof of the structure shall be screened in a manner acceptab the Planning Director. Detailed plans for said screening sh submitted, in triplicate, to the Planning Director.
10. All incombustible trash enclosures shall be provided of and location acceptable to the Planning Director, and said a shall be enclosed with a fence and/or wall of sufficient hei to ade.quately shield the area. Said fence and/or wall shall include a solid gate.
