A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD , CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A
USE OF A MOBILE HOME AS A COMMERCIAL OFFICE, ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED BEHIND THE EXISTING PROFESSIONAL BUILDIN AT 2965 ROOSEVELT STREET, APPLICANT: JAMES M. GAISER.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP-86) TO ALLOW THE TEMPORARY
5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, the

WHEREAS, the subject application has complied with the requireme1 14

NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the
of Carlsbad, that it does hereby grant a Conditional Use Permit on said p
for a mobile home to be temporarily used as a commercial office, subject

the following conditions and limitations:
1 . The occupancy of the mobile home shall not exceed one ( year from the date of this approval of the C.U.P., unless o extended by the Planning Commission. The Conditional Use PI shall not be extended unless construction of the structure for occupancy by the occupant of the mobi le home has begun, reasonable progress toward completion is being made.

2. Three copies of a plot plan shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval showing the plac
of the mobile home, proposed landscaping and other design that he may deem appropriate.
3. All requirements of any law, ordinance or regulation 0' State of California, City of Carlsbad, and any other goverl entity shall be compl ied with.
4. Prior to obtaining any permits, and within 30 days her1 applicant shall file with the Secretary of the Planning COI written acceptance of the conditions stated herein.
5. Compliance with and execution of all conditions listed shall be necessary prior to obtaining final building inspec clearance. Deviation from this requirement shall be permi: only by written consent of the Planning Director.
