GAISER. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP-86) TO ALLOW THE TEMPORARY 5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, the 6 on property generally located behind the existing professional building 9 Use Permit to allow the temporary use of a mobile home as a commercial 8 public hearing to consider the application of J. M. GAISER for a Conditi 7 Carl sbad City Planning Commission did on June 26 , 1973 hold a duly notic# 10 2965 Roosevel t Street, more particularly described as: 11 Carl sbad Lands, Map 775, City of Carl sbad, 12 Lots 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27, Block 34, 13 has been declared Non-Significant; and, l6 of the "City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972" and 15 WHEREAS, the subject application has complied with the requireme1 14 California, and; 17 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering all 18 to carry out the provisions and general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060: 2o reasons to exist which make the granting of a Conditional Use Permit necz l9 testimony and arguments, the Commission did find the following facts and 21/( Reasons for Approval : 22 23 1. NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the of Carlsbad, that it does hereby grant a Conditional Use Permit on said p for a mobile home to be temporarily used as a commercial office, subject 30 31 32 the following conditions and limitations: 1 . The occupancy of the mobile home shall not exceed one ( year from the date of this approval of the C.U.P., unless o extended by the Planning Commission. The Conditional Use PI shall not be extended unless construction of the structure for occupancy by the occupant of the mobi le home has begun, reasonable progress toward completion is being made. Three copies of a plot plan shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval showing the plac of the mobile home, proposed landscaping and other design that he may deem appropriate. 3. All requirements of any law, ordinance or regulation 0' State of California, City of Carlsbad, and any other goverl entity shall be compl ied with. 4. Prior to obtaining any permits, and within 30 days her1 applicant shall file with the Secretary of the Planning COI written acceptance of the conditions stated herein. 5. Compliance with and execution of all conditions listed shall be necessary prior to obtaining final building inspec clearance.
