A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A REQUEST
THE CONTINUED USE OF A RADIO TRANSMITTER ANTENNA AND BUILDING TO HOUSE TRANSMITTER, ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD, BETWEEN PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND SOLAM, MOBILE HOME PARK (OFFSHORE RAYDIST)
FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP-5OA) TO ALLOW

1. This Conditional Use Permit is granted for a two year period of time ending June 22, 1975. At the end of sa two year period, and upon pending expiration of this Conditional Use Permit, the applicant may request that the Planning Commission review the case for a possible extension of time.
2. The applicant shall clear the existing site of any and weeds, in conformance with the City of Carlsbad's Weed Abatement program.
